Vehicle modules, ECUs, PCMs, BCMs, radios, HMIs, clusters, and other electronic parts may require correct vehicle information, part numbers, VIN information, programming, installation, relearn procedures, or professional diagnosis.

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify compatibility before purchase. We may request additional information such as VIN, part number, vehicle year, make, model, engine, transmission, or photos to help verify compatibility or complete programming.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion.

Auto101 LLC is not responsible for problems caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, incorrect diagnosis, improper installation, vehicle wiring issues, damaged components, incompatible parts, security relearn issues, or failure to follow required installation procedures.

Some modules may require additional relearn, setup, calibration, theft/security procedures, dealer tools, scan tools, or professional installation after delivery.

Section 10 — SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS messages from Auto101, you agree to receive text messages related to your order, request, programming service, appointment, shipping update, account/service notification, or customer support inquiry.

SMS messages may include VIN requests, order updates, programming status updates, appointment confirmations, shipping updates, service notifications, and customer support follow-ups.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at contact@auto101.net.

SMS consent is not required to purchase goods or services from Auto101.

SMS consent is separate from consent to receive marketing emails or promotional messages.

Auto101 does not sell, rent, share, or disclose SMS opt-in data or SMS consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
