At Auto101, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a Lifetime Warranty on select items. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and that our products serve you well throughout their life.

What is Covered

Our Lifetime Warranty applies to specific items indicated at the time of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the lifetime of the product. If a defect occurs, we will either repair the item or replace it at our discretion. Warranty is reedamable one time only.

What is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover: Damage caused by misuse, accidents, alterations, or negligence Any product that has been modified or used for purposes other than its intended design

Our Rights

We reserve the right to deny replacements or warranty claims for any reason, including but not limited to, misuse, improper installation, or damage not covered under the warranty. Auto101 also reserves the right to modify or change the terms of this warranty at any time, without prior notice.

We ship Monday through Friday,

excluding holidays—and in some cases, Saturday or Sunday delivery may be available depending on the carrier. We use a variety of trusted shipping partners to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

Ordering multiple items? No problem! You might receive them in separate packages, and we’ll send you a tracking email for each one so you’ll always know what’s on the way.

Service Orders

(like SKIM delete, VATS delete, or cloning): Once we receive your module, we’ll complete the service and ship it back within 3 business days—fast, reliable, and hassle-free.
