How to download

  1. Add the “Auto 101 GM Tool” to your cart.

  2. Proceed through checkout as usual.

    • If it’s the only item in your cart, no payment will be required.

    • We do require an email address (for delivery) and a billing address (to certify the bill of sale).

  3. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive two emails:

    - Order confirmation
    - Download link

Warranty

At Auto101, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a Lifetime Warranty on select items. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and that our products serve you well throughout their life.

What is Covered

Our Lifetime Warranty applies to specific items indicated at the time of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the lifetime of the product. If a defect occurs, we will either repair the item or replace it at our discretion. Warranty is reedamable one time only.

What is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover: Damage caused by misuse, accidents, alterations, or negligence Any product that has been modified or used for purposes other than its intended design

We reserve the right to deny replacements or warranty claims for any reason, including but not limited to, misuse, improper installation, or damage not covered under the warranty. Auto101 also reserves the right to modify or change the terms of this warranty at any time, without prior notice.

How to File a Claim

We are committed to providing the best possible service and will work with you to resolve any issues in a fair and timely manner.
