You are responsible for shipping us both your original and replacement TCM. Please include your order number inside packaging, and don't forget to mark your TCMs (old & new)
Once we receive your TCM, it will be shipped back the next business day.
You will receive a Plug&Play replacement TCM. No additional programming or relearn is required.

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. You'll receive tracking information via email for each shipment. Service orders (like SKIM delete or cloning) ship within 3 business days after receiving your module.

What's the return policy?
